I’ve owned and operated real service businesses. I know what it feels like to juggle customers, estimates, job costs, receipts, reviews, materials, and whatever problem walked in the door this morning. I know what it’s like to be great at the work and still feel like the business is running you.

MacGyver Business Solutions exists because nobody ever taught working people the business side. Trade school doesn’t cover receipts. Nobody explains how to price a job so it actually makes money. Google reviews, mileage, estimates, invoices, and a profit number you can trust all get figured out the hard way, usually late at night, usually after a long day.

I’m not a corporate consultant. I’m not going to hand you a binder and a three-year strategic plan. What I do is practical cleanup: sort the paperwork, fix the pricing, get the records right, and put a simple system in place you can actually keep up with. Then I show you how to run it.

You do the work. I help build the business around it.
